We have reasonable working hours throughout the year that let us balance work and personal life, with flexible start and finish times, plus a short workday at the office on Fridays and during summer months. We also have 24 and 31 December off to spend with our families.

Awards & recognition

The annual performance review lets us have a free, open conversation between managers and team members, fostering constructive feedback and building action plans and assigning training for employee development, in line with our internal development and promotion policies.
Students and recent graduates
We bet on innovation and creativity, both part of our core values at Shop and Roll, which is why we offer professional internships and/or training contracts for young people willing to bring new ideas and a fresh perspective that drive the growth of the company.
We look for talent with potential to grow in different areas of the company such as marketing, sales support, product design, planning, supply chain, HR, etc. That is why, at Shop and Roll, we are open to partnering with any training centre that wishes to help young people enter the job market.
Dual VET collaboration
We believe Dual Vocational Training is one of the best ways to enter the job market we have in our country. Our commitment to young people goes beyond passing on our vast experience: we engage in continuous training, which is why, throughout your placement, a mentor will help you develop your skills and professional abilities.
University collaboration agreements
We can’t imagine Shop and Roll without bringing in new talent that adds energy and fresh knowledge to the organisation. That’s why, for years, we have signed partnership agreements with the leading public and private universities in the Madrid and Aragon regions, where we operate, in order to bring in final-year students or recent graduates to our company. We are also open to partnering with any university whose young people are eager to start their professional career with us.
