Our strategy is based on our Quality Policy, whose main objective is to achieve our vision, the satisfaction of our customers’ expectations and to find solutions for all stakeholders in our organisation.
To achieve this we focus on the analysis of the context and the needs of stakeholders, which help us define our annual objectives. From there, we manage risks and opportunities by acting proactively and we work to address change in order to face it with flexibility and confidence.
We focus on processes and on continuous improvement, which lets us increase the effectiveness of the Management System and the quality of our products and services, setting the necessary controls on inputs, the process itself and outputs. We set and review objectives for each area, using this policy as a reference framework, defining responsibilities, setting performance criteria and allocating the resources needed to achieve them.
We are aware of the importance of the voice of the customer and specifically commit to identifying, understanding and meeting customer requirements as well as applicable legal and regulatory ones. We identify and consider the risks and opportunities that may affect product and service conformity and our ability to increase and maintain our focus on customer satisfaction.
Finally, we commit to periodically reviewing this Quality Policy, communicating it across the organisation and to our stakeholders, ensuring compliance and keeping it up to date at every level, by regularly monitoring its effectiveness and compliance.
Environmental Policy
At SHOP AND ROLL S.L., a company dedicated to the design, development, production and commercialisation of products for shopping equipment and for visual communication and merchandising at the point of sale in the retail sector, we are aware of the importance of sustainable development, minimising the environmental impact of our activity.
Within this framework, the fundamental principles for SHOP AND ROLL S.L. to prevent, minimise or eliminate environmental impacts are:
- Comply with the requirements set in every job we carry out, including legal and regulatory ones, coordinating them with those of our Clients and Suppliers.
- Commit to the prevention of pollution and environmental impact, properly managing the environmental aspects derived from our processes and activities.
- Promote our environmental commitment to our suppliers and customers so they take part in it.
- Continuously improve the environmental performance of our activities for a lower environmental impact, minimising consumption in processes and the generation of emissions and waste for proper management and recycling.
- Integrate environmental management into our daily operations, ensuring environmental issues are addressed while delivering quality products and services to our Clients.
- Reduce our Carbon Footprint (GHG (Greenhouse Gases) emissions Scope 1, 2 and 3 or Categories 1 to 6) by at least 4% per year (2023-2025 horizon) as a strategic objective of SHOP AND ROLL S.L.
Compliance with this Environmental Policy is the responsibility of everyone at SHOP AND ROLL S.L., delivering on the points above and managing the environmental value of our activities; raising awareness about good environmental and social practices. It has the full support of General Management and successful compliance is considered a priority objective.
